How your files are handled
  • Anyone with the link can download the file until it expires. Links are the only access control, so treat them as secrets.
  • Files are stored unencrypted on our server under a random name and are served only through an access-checked endpoint. Encrypt sensitive files yourself before uploading.
  • We do not open, scan or index file contents, except to compute a hash (used to block known abusive files) and detect the file type, or when a file is reported.
  • When a file expires or is deleted it is removed from disk. Some records remain afterwards: the filename, size, hash, uploader IP address and timestamps are kept for 180 days, and download logs for 90 days, for abuse handling — see the Privacy Policy.
  • No ads, no third-party analytics and no tracking pixels. One session cookie is used for sign-in and form protection.

How slots work: each stored file uses one of your 15 slots until it expires or you delete it. When all 15 are in use, new uploads are not stored — they get a 30-minute link instead. Deleting a stored file frees a slot for your next upload; existing 30-minute files are not extended.
